The purpose of this visit will be to; 

1. Establish a working relationship with the Katikkiro of Buganda and the Buganda Kingdom at large. 
2. Introduce the NCSA to the Katikkiro of Buganda and officially express our interest to work with him. 
3. Determine and discuss how best the NCSA can work with the Katikiro of Buganda and the Buganda Kingdom.
4. To request him speed up our engagements with Buganda Youth Council because that’s where our main delay is since our last meeting with them.
5. To get media coverage and visibility and have our image out there.
