Leadership Trainings
As Christian youth, we are called to be leaders and influencers in our communities, schools, and churches. Jesus Christ, the ultimate example of leadership, showed us the way to lead with Faith, Hope and Love. The NCSA ensures to groom and train young leaders into explicable leadership that can positively impact their generation. The NCSA leadership trainings are tailored towards growing the Spiritual, Leadership and Interpersonal skills of the young leaders. To become effective Christian leaders, we must continually seek to develop ourselves first before we seek to impact or represent others: Because a Man with an experience is not at the mercy of one with an Argument.
